New Year, New Outlook

So it's January  2, 2015. I can't believe how fast 2014 went. I'm sitting home typing this while recovering from foot surgery that I had on December 18, 2014. After being in pain for a full year, I decided to have surgery. I'm still in pain but, I see the light at the end of the tunnel. For this year, I plan to craft more and to lose some weight. I also want to really start blogging. I had wanted to last year but I was too afraid. So now I'm going to jump in with both feet and get it going.  I can't start losing weight for about another month or so but I can start crafting more.  I started making a mini album. I love watching Jane at velocityvette08 on Youtube. She has tutorials that show how to use products that are in the store www.tupelodesignsllc.comI loved the mini album she is making. So I am going to make that album but am changing some things. Instead of making a paper hinge system, I decided to use the large Tim Holtz binder rings and I'm going to be using this wonderful paper collection called Sew Lovely by Carta Bella. Another craft I want to make is a Sock Monkey, for my son, but I need to get a sewing machine. Then I can take pictures to put in my new album. I can't wait to finish the album and make the Sock Monkey. My son chose to have a Blue Sock Monkey. I'm excited to being my new journey this year. My New Outlook will be to get things done and to make sure I have fun doing them. :)
I hope everyone has a Safe and Healthy New Year!

Hugs,

Sharonlee
